About the Administrator
Kimberly Humphrey serves as the Borough Administrator for the Borough of Englishtown, Monmouth County, New Jersey. In this capacity, she is responsible for the day-to-day administration and coordination of borough operations, working closely with the Mayor, Borough Council, departments, and staff to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of municipal services.
About the Position
The office of Borough Administrator is established pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-136, which authorizes the governing body of any municipality, by ordinance, to create the office of municipal administrator and to delegate all or a portion of the executive responsibilities of the municipality to that individual. The Administrator serves at the direction of the governing body and is charged with carrying out the policies and directives of the Mayor and Borough Council, overseeing municipal departments, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
