Mayor Thomas Reynolds
The Mayor is responsible for enforcing the ordinances of the municipality and general laws. The Mayor reports
annually to the Council and the public on conditions and requirements of the government as well as recommends
action to be taken by the Council as he may deem in the public interest. Should you have any areas of concern

Civil Rights Policy
It is the policy of the Borough of Englishtown to treat the public, employees, prospective employees, appointees,
volunteers and contractors in a manner consistent with all applicable civil rights laws and regulations including,
but not limited to the Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964 as subsequently amended, the New Jersey Law Against
Discrimination, the American with Disabilities Act and the Conscientious Employee Protection Act.
