The Legislative, Insurance, and Licenses Committee is responsible for the review and investigation  of any and all legislation affecting the Borough and to make recommendations to Council. It also acts as liaison between Council and the State Legislature, County Freeholders and the Federal Government.

The Committee also receives, investigates and approves all licenses prior to submission to Council.
