Ten-foot booths are available for $35.00, Food Vendors - $110.00, Non-Profit Organizations - free of charge, Borough residents - $15.00, Food Vendors - $55.00.  

Spaces are at a premium and will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

VENDOR RULES & REGULATIONS

The Rules & Regulations are set forth by the Englishtown Recreation Committee and the Borough of Englishtown. Any infraction of these rules may result in the closure and expulsion of the vendor from the Festival site with no refund given.

  

    1. Food and/or beverages are NOT to be sold by any vendor unless permitted and designated by the Recreation Committee.

   

    2. Each vendor must be set up and fully operational 30 minutes prior to the start of the Festival. No vehicles will be permitted on street grounds during the hours of the Festival.

   

    3. All vendors will provide their own set-up equipment i.e. tables, chairs, displays, tents.

 

    4. The Recreation Committee and the Borough of Englishtown shall not be held liable for any damages and/or injuries incurred by any vendor and/or their employees.

 

    5. A vendor is allowed to sell only the products listed on the application or otherwise pre-approved by the Recreation Committee. We reserve the right to tell any vendor to remove unauthorized products from their tables.

   

    6. Spaces will be pre-assigned and the earlier applicants will get prime spaces. It is understood that the rented space is to be used by the applicant only, and only the products listed on the application will be sold. You will be notified by mail of your spot number in the week prior to the Festival.

   

    7. Your space is 10 feet by 10 feet and all vendors must limit selling to their designated space. Please be considerate of other vendors.

   

    8. Set-up time is 10 - 11:30 a.m. All vehicles must be removed from the Festival site by 11:30 a.m. Vendor parking will be provided. No vendor is allowed to leave the festival before 5:00 p.m. unless arrangements have been made prior to the Festival.

   

    9. Silly string and caps are NOT to be sold or used or permitted on the Festival site. These items can damage products being sold and can cause a disturbance. Anyone selling or using these items will be removed from the Festival.

 

    10. All application, agreements and checks must be in by September 29, 2008. All payments are non-refundable in the event of vendor application or no-show.  Prior notification is needed if you cannot attend the rain-date.

 

    11. A "Fire Code Permit" will be required for all flame producing devices/cooking operations. A $35.00 fee is due upon inspection by the Fire Code Official on the day of the Festival.

 

I have read and agree to these rules and regulations. I will participate in Englishtown's Street Party on Saturday, October 19, 2008 from 12 - 5 PM. Rain date is set for Sunday, October 19, 2008.
