Englishtown Municipal Court

The Municipal Court is responsible for the proper disposition of all municipal traffic violations within the borough.  Court  is held  at the Municipal Building, located at 15 Main Street.  The Court also hears building code violations and minor criminal complaints.

If you are mailing payments or fines for violations listed on the violations schedule as being payable through the Violations Bureau without a required court appearance,  please make your check or money order payable to the "Englishtown Municipal Court" and mail it to the above address along with the summons or other notice.
 
REMINDER:   Motor vehicle fines automatically double in construction zones.  Please drive safely.
