ENGLISHTOWN BOROUGH, MONMOUTH COUNTY, N.J.
Englishtown Borough is requesting proposals from qualified professionals to provide Turnkey Design-Build Services for Photovoltaic (Solar) Generation System at Borough properties, located in Englishtown, Monmouth County, New Jersey.
Proposals will be received, publicly opened and read aloud by the Borough Clerk, Englishtown Borough, 15 Main Street, Englishtown, N.J. 07726 at the hour of 11:00 a.m., prevailing time on Thursday, October 21, 2010. Late proposals will be returned unopened.
Request for Proposals (RFP’s) shall be made in the manner prescribed in the RFP Specifications. They shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the legend:

Responders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
The formal RFP Specification documents can be obtained for a fee of $25.00 (Twenty-five dollars) from Englishtown Borough, 15 Main Street, Englishtown, N.J. 07726, daily between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.or by mail upon telephone request by calling (732) 446-9235 or emailing a request to clerk@englishtownnj.com.
Site Visits will be held on September 15, 2010 and all questions are to be addressed to the Borough Clerk by September 22, 2010.
